The Higher Education Opportunity Act runs more than 1100 pages and several important provisions await implementation by the incoming Obama Administration. Higher ed experts with a variety of viewpoints will have an open discussion about different aspects of the law, including accreditation, accountability and general education, and about what the new administration and Congress will mean for higher education.
