  • Joseph DeGraff, Program Manager, Fund for Academic Renewal

    Joe DeGraff serves as the program manager for the Fund for Academic Renewal, a program of ACTA that works closely with higher education donors to design, monitor, and evaluate transformative gifts that meet their philanthropic objectives. In addition to working with donors, Joe drafts publications for the FAR newsletter and blog; researches prospective college donors, faculty, and university programs; manages FAR's Special Purpose Funds; and helps to produce the Oases of Excellence annual conference. Graduating in 2016 from Christopher Newport University with a BA in History and Political Science, and a minor in film, Joe worked in the federal procurement field advocating for small business access to government contracts. Joe is an avid traveler with a goal to visit every country in the world during his lifetime.
