ACTA is an independent, non-profit organization committed to academic freedom, excellence, and accountability at America's colleges and universities.
Kyle works closely with fellow Program Officer Ian Cook and Vice President Armand Alacbay to monitor developing trends in higher education and public policy and determine appropriate responses. While specializing in research, Kyle also assists the Trustee & Government Affairs department with matters of trustee communications, public outreach, and by contributing to ACTA’s publications. Before joining ACTA, Kyle accrued a decade of leadership and managerial experience working in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, where he was born and raised. He obtained an M.A. in Political Theory from the Catholic University of America in 2015, and a B.A. in History and Government from St. John’s University in 2012, where he served as a member of the President’s Society.
