The "Costs of College" is a new video featuring ACTA president Anne D. Neal and vice president of policy Michael Poliakoff. The film explores the rising cost of higher education in America and its effect on indebted graduates. Directed by James Mackenzie and produced by Mary Mackenzie, this short documentary seeks to humanize abstract debates over education policy and the student debt crisis. The film is sponsored by the Moving Picture Institute.
