CUNY Board Chairman and former Yale President Benno Schmidt led a discussion at the National Press Club about Governance for a New Era: A Blueprint for Higher Education Trustees. He was joined by former Governor of Michigan and President of the Business Roundtable John Engler, Georgia Tech Professor and Director of the Center for 21st Century Universities Initiative Richard DeMillo; and former U.S. Congressman and Regent of the University of Maryland System Tom McMillen.
