Victoria Kiper

Program Associate for Philanthropy

Victoria joined ACTA in November 2025 as a Program Associate for Philanthropy. She works closely with ACTA’s Vice President of Development & Philanthropy to research and secure new funding opportunities, maintain accurate donor records, and support the Fund for Academic Renewal—ACTA’s initiative that helps alumni, donors, and their advisors ensure higher education philanthropy aligns with donor intent.

Prior to joining ACTA, Victoria earned her BA from Anglo-American University in Prague, where she studied Journalism and International Relations. During this time, she lived and worked in both the Czech Republic and South Korea. She is currently pursuing an MA in Liberal Arts at St. John’s College in Annapolis, Maryland, a Great Books program centered on a deep engagement with the Western canon.

Victoria’s professional background includes work in K–12 education policy and advocacy, as well as public engagement and programming. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, and frequenting international grocery stores.
