There are multiple measures that can give you a picture of how well the institution is achieving its goals relative to the cost. Such measures ought to be a part of the institutional strategic plan. This brochure guides you through the strategic planning process to document how the institution views its strengths, provides indicators of its current strength, and addresses its weaknesses.
